Get fit where you sit! This is a gentle form of yoga is practiced sitting in a chair or standing using a chair for support. A great class for people who want to receive yoga's strengthening, healing and restorative benefits.

Experience the renewal of yoga Tuesday evening at the Eagle Valley Clubhouse
. No previous yoga experience is required. This is a basic class designed to help you build strength, flexibility and endurance. Please dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat and a towel.

Cost:
All classes are based on donations.
The going rate for classes in the area is $10 and up, but you decide what works for your budget. Please don’t let money keep you from experiencing the benefits of yoga! Saturday Storytime Yoga for Preschoolers, 9:30 to 10 a.m.

Help your preschooler build a foundation for early literacy AND a fit, healthy lifestyle. Each Storytime Yoga teaches yoga through story, social interaction, repetition, and play. Yoga helps children improve motor skills, relieve frustration, and increase attention span by actively following directions. No yoga experience required. Register and pay for a six-week session
(Feb. 6 through March 13) at the Healing Chi and you'll receive a free Usborne children's book of your choice!

Yoga Basics is a gentle introductory class for people of all levels of fitness. Students will learn basic yoga postures, alignment principles, and how to breathe more fully both on and off the mat. This is a useful class for anyone who wants to acquire strength, flexibility and breathing techniques to help manage stress.

We offer free materials and paid instructors to help groups access yoga’s transformative influence in their own familiar surroundings. Beyond the Mat Yoga is great for people who've never experienced yoga before. Start your own regular group or bring a Leading Reads & Yoga instructor to any existing group or organization.

Yogic Reader Book Circles

Unite yoga with your passion for reading. The possibilities are endless, from inspirational works, to classics, or contemporary fiction. People who participate in book discussions grow through meaningful relationships and conversations with others. Combine your reading with yoga movement and breathing to expand and reinforce your experience.

Yoga Journaling Circles
Yoga and journaling share a common goal—bringing us closer to our essential selves and improving our will to act on what we know is true. Using a series of yoga prompts, Yoga Journaling Circles encourage participants to write through challenges, discover innovative solutions, and deepen awareness of what brings meaning to life.
